Appstore Lion Download Getting: 500 Internal server error!!

I don't think there is much we can do. I think the overall assumption now is the servers are choked to capacity because an unusual amount of people are having the same issue. Those who are getting through are lucky to get a session at the right time.

Ok I went to the page for the Lion app. It did give me an option to install and I clicked it. It got my download out of the frozen pause and it finished downloading. Right now installing and so far now issues. Right now using iPhone 4 to post this post. One thing I did before downloading and installing Lion, was to move my files to an external HD, erase my HD, reinstall snow leopard, updated it, and the purchased/downloaded lion. I'm glad it installing now.

im getting the same error it shows up once then the downloads not just lion are in wait mode.
