Is it safe to use CleanMyMac program?

as I can see the "Experts" are at it again...

One app. which does it right is 'TinkerTool System'.

Here is a screen shot what you can set to be removed:

as we said before: do not remove languages. Tinker Tool is not a tool that you want to use. Allthough a serious setup, all Bresink tools leave a lot of entries all over the system, and it does not uninstall clean. It does more often harm and does not bring advantages.
