Toshiba SSD vs Samsung SSD and inconsistent read/write speeds

I've heard that some of the 2011 Airs are shipping with Toshiba SSDs where others have the Samsung SSDs. Apparently the Toshiba ones are considerably slower and are more likely to be in the 13" models where the Samsung SSDs are more likely to be in the 11" models. I was curious if anyone out there has an 11" model with the 256GB option, and if so, which SSD did you get in yours? -Yea, I'm using the Blackmagic Disk Speed Test from the App Store with:

-13'' MacBook Air

-i7-1.8ghz

-256gb ssd

-4gb RAM

I bought the computer the third day it was released and I'm getting a read speed of arounf 250MB/s and the write speed of 265MB/s. Considering the preformance of the Toshiba, I must have the samsung unless I'm missing something... I thought that all the early models had the Toshiba...
