Once you have an app in a Launchpad folder, how do you get it out and back into the root level of the Launchpad?
MacPro, Mac OS X (10.6.7)
OK so for me I narrowed it down to a Wacom PEN/STYLUS issue - if I use my wacom mouse on my tablet then it works fine.

I've also noticed that my wacom tablet became less responsive after updating to Mavericks.
And you know what – Wacom is not going to even stir to update their drivers.
Sad.
I had the same issue but found a trick to drag apps out of the folders in Launchpad with Intuos Touch 5 :
I enable the moving option with the stylus (those little dancing icons), then drag the app out with the fingers (touch must be activated).
Wacom is aware of the issue (and many more on their forums) but don't seem to be ready to update... A shame for the price we pay for their devices.
