Silver Keeper stops support

Luckily, Silverkeeper still works in Lion but since they dropped support I am looking for an alternative when some update kills it.

Anyone using a Silver Keeper like app for backups?

Features it needs:

1. Custom sets and schedules

2. Backups of all sets at once

3. Ability of save a set number of copies of a folder before starting over.

4. Fast

I am not a fan of Time Machine hogging my external drive. If there are other suggestions on how to limit Time Machine's hog the drive process I would be interested as well.

Interesting that it is still working.

I settled on Chronsync, which is an often updated solid app. It has performed flawlessly. They charge $40.00 for the app but they give you lifetime upgrades. I like the idea of having one app for a long time. The interface was straightforward and it is easy to save different back up sets for various backup tasks. It does not make multiple copies unless you tell it to which saves oodles of space on your external hard drive and makes for a very quick back up.
