i found it on the discussions but almost everyone couldnt read it cuz thre r bunches of discussions about that issue and just one reply at one discussion only that gives the solution , so i made a whole subject for it

u will have to do these steps

1- Download itunes 10.4.0.80 (the latest version of itunes)

2- while downloading it , Uninstall the old version of itunes u have

3- Uninstall Quicktime also

4- Uninstall Apple software update

5- Uninstall Apple mobile device support

6- Uninstall Bonjour

7- Uninstall Apple application support

u should uninstall ALL OF THESE PROGRAMMES out from ur PC before u install the new itunes 10.4

Now after u uninstall all of these ,

As far as this solution goes, you don't need to uninstall the whole thing. The problem is Apple Application Support. The problem with the existing version of itunes is that it doesn't work with Apple Application Support 2.0. If you go to update Quicktime or Safari on a windows PC which contain this updated version, the store in itunes won't load.

If you don't have Safari, you can get quicktime and itunes to function normally by Uninstalling Apple Application support and reinstalling the version that is included with itunes.

Please see my thread that I've responded to here https://discussions.apple.com/thread/2755731?answerId=16202951022#16202951022

as I've uploaded just the installer that allows you to install just Apple Application Support after you have removed it.
