itunes store wont load; bar loads half way then goes blank

For some reason, I cant access the itunes store. The loading bar will only load up to half way, then the page will stay white and the bar will disappear. I used to be able to before, but all of a sudden it just doesnt. I'll post the diagnostics that itunes gave me. Any help is appreciated. thanks!

I got it, so for future reference, here is what i did:


Start --> Programs --> Accessories (Right Click on Command Prompt) --> Run as Administrator


then type in:


netsh winsock reset


whabam! it worked
