Anyone experiencing ear / head pain using iphone?

I am increasingly experiencing ear / head pain which is unmistakably linked to using the iphone. It is reduced using a bluetooth device but I even think that I am becoming more sensitive to being in the close vicinity of the iphone.

Have not yet been to the doctor but am about to kick this process off.

Am concerned about:

any damage done so far to ear / head / brain
how to get this checked out properly
what the future prospects are - if I were to continue to use iphone / or if stopping using iphone
what is the situation for everyone else - mobiles and iphones are becoming ubiquitous - but at what cost to our health?

Have any of you experienced the same / similar?

What have the responses been from the medical profession?

Have Apple done any research / reports on this? Is there a summary of cases?

Any experiences / data / advice welcome. Thank you.

I am using an iPhone SE, having similar air pressure problem. Like having cancelling all other noises. After calling head came back to normal. I will try turning of noise cancellation.
