Thunderbolt won't wake from sleep on Mac Mini Server w/Lion 10.7.1

I have done the firmware updates, thought the probelm was fixed, but again, the display was asleep (as far as I could tell) and would not wake up.......unplugging and replugging the TB cable made it come right back.

Hi.

I'm afraid I'm unable to offer a fix, because I need one too. 😟

I figured this thread was worth joining as my new display is showing an identical fault (intermittent power outs). Until now I've been doing force quits in order to get back where I was, but it's hardly satisfactory.

I've just set my energy settings to never sleep, in the hope that Apple get this fixed very soon. It's too soon for me to say whether this is an effective short-term solution, but further up this thread, that is suggested.

Good luck all.

Even after the update I still have this problem, I'm using a VGA monitor, I tried everything, and it doesn't have the auto brightness option and definitely it's not a keyboard issue, because if I keep pressing the keys I can hear that default sound on the background. The only thing that works for me is, when it doesn't wakes, I need to unplug the thunderbolt vga adapter and plug it back, the monitor gets back to work in the same time. If anyone has any other workaround please tell me. I have the Mac Mini Mid 2011.
