Will the iPhone 4 support the new Siri integration?

I am aware of the minor new features in the new iPhone 4S, but am wondering if Siri will be in the iPhone 4 when ios 5 comes out next Wednesday.

iPhone 4, iOS 4.2.7, 16GB CDMA Black

I'm really cheesed off, if the IP4 actually worked with voice control I wouldn't care, but my ancient nokia had voice shortcuts for contacts that worked through a £30 blue tooth headset - Apples voice control rarely works and is so distracting when it invariably goes wrong that it is most likey resposible for an automotive faux pa or two somewhere.

Siri for iphone 4S only, is a gross action especially when you consider they have barred or deleted every voice based app on the store - the majority of iphone 4 users are only half way through their contracts. Thats hardly obselete.

Apple - I'm starting to feel like we've lost that lovin feelin

I don't understand why this doesn't seem to be clear to a lot of people. As previously mentioned, if you look at the following page:

http://www.apple.com/iphone/features/siri.html

Scroll down to the bottom and you will find the following footnote:

Siri is available in Beta only on iPhone 4S and requires Internet access. Siri may not be available in all languages or in all areas, and features may vary by area. Cellular data charges may apply.

All this says is that the Beta version is on the 4S. If Siri was only going to be on the 4S it would say something like:

"Siri is available only on iPhone 4S and requires Internet access. Siri may not be available in all languages or in all areas, and features may vary by area. Cellular data charges may apply."

or

"Siri and Siri Beta will only be available only on iPhone 4S and requires Internet access. Siri may not be available in all languages or in all areas, and features may vary by area. Cellular data charges may apply."

This does not conclusivley tell me that Siri will not be available on the 4 once it's out of Beta.

I bought an Iphone 4G white about 2 weeks ago , and i searched all over the web their were plenty of rumours about Iphone5 and 4S , but then i reffered to the apple site and their was nothing apart from the IOS 5 but nothing about any new iphone's , a couple of weeks later they released 4S , what the heck on earth were they even thinking while relasing that , I mean seriously i respected Apple for releasing a new phone every 2 or 1 and half year , but seriouly not all of us can simply change their phones every year and my iphone4 is less than a month old , and ironically Siri won't work on iphone 4 until they adject it , Seriously what have they gained now ? and they wonder why their shares are falling apart i've seen samsung s2 and used it its basically way better even than 4s , as much as i was dissapointed i was depressed now am roming around with a phone which is apperntly less than a month old but basically its outdated and can't handle the new features of the IOS5 . Thanks Apple you made my day ! .

What in the world are you rambling on about? The iPhone 4 will run iOS 5 just fine. The only thing it doesn't get is Siri. Do you have Siri now? No. so will you miss it? No. There is no reason to replace a perfectly good iPhone 4 unless you want to.

Oh, and if you want to, you have 30 days from the time you purchased it to RETURN IT FOR A REFUND. Then you can buy an iPhone 4S. Happy now?
