Can't verify Apple ID! NO email is sent??

I dunno if this will work for you but I had the same issue today and had to redo what I did about two weeks ago.

I went to "Settings" then to "General" and scrolled all the way done to "Reset"

I didnt do a reset that erased data, just the ipad settings.

I had to re-enter all my wifi stuff but after trying to log back into facetime it worked fine.

It's a pain in the arse (second time I've had to do this in a couple of weeks) but it worked for me, Good Luck

Hi,

Make sure that you have provided an alternative email in addition to the primary email that is used as your apple id.

All you confirmation email notificaitons keep piling up and go to this alternative email as soon as you provide it.

Just login to your account with current password, provide a new email ... your gmail account for instance, and then check for all the email notificaitons on that new account.

All goes well after that.

To verify your apple ID you should have gotten an email from apple to the email you used as your apple ID. If you didn't get it you can go to appleid.apple.com and select the option to manage your apple I'd and log in you will then have an option to resend the email. Also if you noticed you made and error on your email you can edit it then resend the verification email. If still having issues could be your email provider blocking the email or apple ID site issues. You can call apple care to see if they can help resolve the issue or contact iTunes Store support for your apple I'd from express lane.apple.com hope this helps some of you having issues.

I had this same issue.... was told my some tech to call to get verification

Then a creepy thing happened.... logged into a new, alternate email address - one I hardly ever use and would NEVER have submitted to Apple (and considering my main email is my Apple ID, would never even dream of them using), and lo and behold all the emails are there.

I don't know how else Apple could have gotten this email address unless they were data mining.... but I suppose, as an answer to some of you, if you use other email addresses on your computer - even those you've NEVER provided to Apple, check those.

I fixed this problem ish. If you already have an @icloud.com account, you might have to get creative. I didn't have an @icloud.com account when I had this problem occur. Of course the email was never received and I went to my nearest apple retailer, he didn't know either. So I created an icloud account and deleted all my apps from my phone, then on itunes. (Since all my apps were under my other itunes account.) Then logged out of my itunes/app store accounts then signed into my new icloud account and downloaded as many of the apps as I can remember I had. All apps were updated upon donwload. Hope this may help some people.

check all your email accounts - ones that you haven't used in a while too. I had my rescue email sent to a very old account despite me never using it as a rescue email. very weird. i must have used it at one point, and even though you might change your rescue email address, it doesn't seem to actually chanage where they seen the email verification.

I have not received my verification email...very frustrating! I've received many other email messages from Apple re: activity with my account, just not the verification email. So obviously there isn't a problem with these messages going to my spam box, or getting blocked. This has apparently been an issue that scores of other folks have dealt with for awhile...why hasn't Apple fixed it??

Happening to me, too. Cannot verify a new email for my wife's new iPad Air. Suspect it is an Apple problem. I have had email sent to that address from all over the US which lets me know that the email certainly works.

Apple Support severely *****! I just filled in the correct password to my account and still got security questions, ones I never even chose! My favorite sports team, are you kidding me, I don't even like sports! My dream job??? I couldn't fathom an answer to that ridiculous question. Meanwhile I can't purchase anything on iTunes, with 70 euro's in my account, and I find out Apple Support doesn't have an e-mail address. I have to phone them, what is this, the frigging Dark Ages???

same here!, can't verify my account, for how many times i open my mail, no verification comes, i feel frustrated because i use and bought redeemable card for 25 dollars. oh my!., can't use it.,

i got my new ipad air early this month, im so excited bcoz its my first time to acquire an apple ipad. but i am disappointed becoz up to now i still cud not use it and enjoy it becoz i cant download apps due to "verrification mai"l thing. at first i used my yahoo email add as my apple id and email add as well. my problem is i didnt recv verrification email in my yahoo acct. so wat i did was, i changed my apple id and email hoping i can now receive verrification, and i did and was verrified. but everytime i go apps store my old id pops out and requires me to verrify email. pls anybdy i need ur help! wat will i do?
