I am trying to upgrade a vanilla iPhone 4 to the 5.0 software and the process works fine and after the backup and extraction, I get the 3200 error. Any help on solving for my Mac OS Lion?
Same issue, after backing up I get error 3200 and it won't continue the update process

Just Restart your iPhone. Same problem with mine. After restart, problem fixed.

Restarted iPhone. Still doesn't work.
I kept retrying, like stated above. In the end it worked.. must be some server getting butchered 😝

I got that same problem on my iPad 2 GSM in trying to update to iOS5. The server must be totally maxed out. lol
