@me.com mail not pushing to iPhone

Thanks! After re-booting my iPhone 4s, emails now appear to be automatically pushed to my device. Prior to this, I actually had to open the Mail app on my iPhone 4s to download new emails.

Sadly, that doesn't work for me. Those of us that migrated to iCloud from Mobile still need to keep Mail running 😠

I acctually migrated from MobileMe to iCloud too. I did actually have to reboot my iPhone 4s twice before it worked though.

Over the past few minutes, emails are popping in with no problem.

I've rebooted 3 times now but push still doesn't work unless Mail is running. I even ran through the steps a 2nd time.

Ok. Do I then forward email from my current @mac.com account to the new one ?

Why is it that with EVERY new update my devices tend to work less and less and are far more undependable. I am having the same problem along with numerous others. I am getting sick of having to create new IDs and deleting double entries and manually doing things that used to work automatically and recahrging my phone four times a day now. I think this is the last straw for me...

So turn off all of the available sync options for the new account ?

Yes, same problem. Just power down the phone and turn it back on. I have the iPhone 4 with the new 5 operating system and this worked. (Make sure all settings in mail and in iCloud are set to push first.)
