"Apple outlook DAV config has stopped working"

I also am having issues with the same error code. Was working fine for about 2 weeks, but stopped syncing my calendar appointments with Outlook 2013 yesterday on my MacBook Pro 2012 13" running parallells 16GB RAM and Win 8. I tried uninstalling control panel and reinstalling it, even tried repairing Outlook's .pst file, but no i get the DAV config has stopped working error. Apple, we need an update to fix this!

Apple software for Windows is just junk.

I have wasted so much time getting iCloud to work. It doesn't.

Now I have lost 1,000 contacts that disappeared when trying to run iCloud initial setup.

Does anyone know of a 3rd party tool that can be used with Windows to sync (not export / import) Outlook and iPhone Contacts / Calendar?

Sorry, Apple, but their are other O/S's out there that you need to support.

I did spent over 12 hour to fix it.

For my case, once the ALL Task were deleted. It can sync again.

I have tried many of the solutions offered:

- ScanPST - done

- Removed all recurring calendar items (stupid, IMHO) - done

- "ONLY" selected Calendar items (not overwhelming the iCloud system)

I get up to 860 events and it gives the error message

Win7 (64) and Office 2013 (implemented as 32-bit)

Any suggestions?
