Cannot connect asking for password.. "The iCloud IMAP server “p99-imap.mail.me.com”

Essentially it was a total reset of the iCloud on the MP. For whatever reason under the Settings/iCloud menu the Mail check box wouldn't stay checked. So I do think they did a couple of things on their end without telling me. Note that I'm still having a problem on the iPhone and will be back in touch w them today using the case ID for that product.
