Yeah . I would get rid of it if I were you and move on. Its clearly way to stressful for you to have this device and heaven forbid if you "forget to plug it in". I would complain to Apple again if that happens and tell them you should not have to remember to plug it in. I mean what were they thinking right?
Ok not that i really care, but curious. How are you taking the results xenocea is currently getting with a new iPhone that is completely up to the posted specs, and turning it into he STILL has a bad iPhone because 2 years from now it may not be the same. Really!?!?!? Clearly you are just looking to complain about at this point. You really should sell or return your device because i am 1000% sure no matter what Apple does with a software patch or hardware replacement, it will not work for you and you will then say "well what if in two years I forget to plug it in and it only runs for 1.5 days, what am i supposed to do then?" Get rid of it now! You are way to stressed about a telephone and what it may or may not do for you 2 years from now. I dont think its worth all that. Just sayin. I promise, if I were that dissatisfied with anything, i would not have it in my possession. There are too many choices available in cars, phones, TV, or whatever else to own one that bring you that much misery.
Oh and i noted up to because apparently you choose to read into the posted specs what you want and fail to acknowledge that every single post you make.

Well if you do the math his phone is almost at max spec. Will it be the same in a year, probably not. I think Apple states 80% after 400 cycles is what to expect.
Do you mean up to 80% after 400 cycles? Right? Please, note the up to?
Also one should note that these numbers are from Apple so they are super optimistic and one should take them with a ton of salt!
Rember the spec is up to xxx for each feature.
So, this means that in a year from now his iPhone 4S will last in exactly the same conditions up to 24h (i.e. 80% from 30 h) according to your estimations/post. Will Xenocea be happy with this? I know that I would not be!
This is incredible bad engineering (i.e. it would not last even one full day [i.e. 24 hours] after one year of use) for such and super expensive phone like iPhone 4S!!!! One should realise that if iPhone 4s battery life lasts less than 24 hours then it means that if one forgets to charge the iPhone 4s on one evening then next morning the iPhone 4s will be dead and the alarm clock of the iPhone 4s will not even ring to wake up the person! All it is needed is to forget to charge it one night!
One does not have pay a premium price for a phone in order to get such a miserable battery life! There are cheaper iPhones (e.g. iPhone 4) which have much better battery life!
Shortly, the iPhone 4S battery life is miserable and it will be even more miserable after a year of use! I guess that after two years one could could use the iPhone 4S as a fix iPod!
