Siri location reminders problem

So I want to be able to talk to Siri as say: 'remind me when I leave the gym go do this this and this.'

I figured out that to add locations, you need to add it into your contact. I've done that with custom labels, naming them gym, school etc. When I ask where is my gym, it does not know and brings up my contact info with my gym address there. I ask to set reminders for when I get to gym, doesn't know where my gym is, and shows my contact card. Any ideas?

The only labels that work are 'home' and 'work' the rest don't work.

I've been playing with location reminders and found that Siri doesn't always add the reminder as a "reminder". If I just say "remind me to shower when I get home" Siri creates a Task with that phrase as the subject and no location reminder.

If I say "reminder"

Siri asks for subject, I say "take shower"

Siri asks for when, I say "arrive home"

Siri sets a Reminder with location as the trigger.

Siri appears to be very picky about how you set location alerts.

In the Settings app, select Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Then scroll all the way down past Calendars and you'll find settings for Reminders. Make sure that the Default List is NOT linked to an Exchange account. It must either be linked to an iCloud account or On My Mac. Reminders created in an Exchange account list will always be set as Tasks, because Exchange does not support location reminders.

is there a way to add more than 3 addresses in contact card? And is there a way to create a custom label? Siri recognizes myhomeandwork since they are in my contact car however, the third address is labeled "other", if I put any other address there, Siri just does not find it or does not create reminder when user used the third address filed as the location.

I seem to be able to set reminders using SIRI just fine, BUT... They more often than not seem to not actually happen. I set a reminder to punch my coworker in the nuts when I got to work. In my reminder app there is the reminder, it is set to trigger when I arrive, it has the correct address and all seems good. I just never got a reminder! Any ideas? Everything seems perfect and SIRI seems to have a good grasp on my address book, the reminders just never come across.

Needless to say, my coworkers nuts are safe thus far.
