When browsing the internet, I've noticed that my iPhone 4S gets really hot. I can especially feel heat coming out of the sim card slot area. Anyone having the same issue?
I've made an appointment for tomorrow with Genius Bar to have them take a look.

My iPhone 4S gets very hot on back and battery drains very fast, specially when I am using Internet. I am thinking bring it to the store. I have to keep it charging. My wife IPhone 4 does not get even warm. I can even feel the heat when I am talking.
thats the same thing with my ipod touch 4g, all you have to do is leave it until it gets cool. its just cause the ipod is using lots of power. things like that happen.
Yeah it can be very frustrating. I would recommend doing a master reset on the phone first. Second, try draining the battery all the way down then charging to 100%. Only charge iPhone when it's down to red or dead. Try that for maybe a day or two. If it still drains and heats up, set an appointment with your local Apple Genius Bar. Tell them you would like to exchange it for a new one. Good luck!
