Voice Control and password entry
My voice control is on and asks me to enter my password but it will not let me. It just states the numbers and won't let me into the phone.
I can't turn off the voice control

A little more clarification:
1. Tap once on the 4-white square box to select the password box
2. Double-tap on the first white square for the first number in the password entry to select it
3. Tap number 1 once in order to select it as the first number in a password sequence of 1 2 3 4
4. Double-tap the number 1 in order to key it into the first spot on the password box. If successful, a black dot should appear in the first white square.
5. Repeat this sequence for the rest of your passwords and you should be in.
🙂Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! 🙂 This is the only thing that worked (after I spent three days online and tried various solutions) and it was absolutely the easiest and solved my problem.
Above information worked...plug iPhone into Mac, log into iTunes. On iPhone "Summary" Page scroll to bottom and click on "Configure Accessibility", turn off "Voiceover" by clicking "Neither"..You will have immediate return of control.
Thank you very much for this info. My voice command got stuck to ON and I could not open my phone or turn it off. Thank you again. Laura
Thanks! The triple clicking the Home button shutoff the voice, then I was able to just type my passcode like I normally would and Viola!, my phone unlocked!!
This is not working no matter how many times i hit the number it just repeats itself but won't enter it in the box
Thank you this worked
I have this same problem on my iPad. And yes, my toddler did it. It's not recognizing my passcode ... just saying the numbers. How did you unlock your phone?
