Is anyone having a problem with Mac OS 10.7.2 and Lotus Notes 8.5.1 or now 8.5.3 where the menu items and Apple Menu no longer drop down? All other items on the main window of Notes seem to work, just can't select any of the main menus at the top of the screen.
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.2)
Try using the following:
Edit "info.plist" file from the Notes package contents then Find and remove the following two lines
<key>LSUIElement</key>
<string>1</string>
Save changes and Start Basic Notes.
For me it worked...

FYI - This issue was addressed in 8.5.3 Fix Pack 1 posted on IBM Fix Central earlier this year. All Lotus Notes fix packs are cumulative so 8.5.3 Fix Pack 2 that shipped in July also has the fix.
