I don't know if this will help anyone...

I had a problem making in-app purchases on my iPad.

I tried everything and it still kept telling me they were restricted even when I had changed settings and they clearly weren't.

After a sudden brainwave I checked settings on my iPhone which uses same iTunes account and THEY had been restricted by the latest update(?well I hadn't done it!). I changed these and hey presto all works ok!

Why can't I get in-app purchases?
