Why can't I get in-app purchases?

It's still not working, when I try to buy it, it says your purchase could not be completed

If it also says to contact iTunes Support have you done so ?

Neither can the people at iTunes. I was fine until I swapped to the iphone8 now nothing works

What did iTunes Support say when you contacted them ? If they said that it should now work have you tried logging out and back into the account, and if necessary contacted them again ?

Nobody on here will know why, especially as you don't say what happens when you try to do them. If you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support have you done so ?

Did iTunes Support say why they'd disabled the account ? Have you contacted them about it ?
