Hi all,
I was putting some old mp3s onto my iphone and a few didnt have the artists name in the info section, so they don't show up when I browse by artist. I edited the info in itunes like I used to with my iPod touch but the changes don't appear in my phone. Has anyone encountered this problem? Any advice?

THAT HAS BEEN HAPPENING TO ME TOO!!!! like if you go into the ALBUMS most have the name OF the album and the artist italicized under neath the album title and some has ONLY the album title and when you tap it it displays it but you can't listen to those songs through ARTIST. SOMEONE HELP!!!

i have this exact same problem..
I edit my iPod touch song info...it accepts the change but does not show any changes that I made on the physical iPod itself. Garbage product and update
You will have to delete all the songs off yoru iphone first then resync them to your iphone. Easy fix.
Or easier just delete the one song you changed and then resync. will be faster.

This is total BS by Apple... they need to fix it. Really annoying and makes the product seem archaic.
Same problem here. You can't update the ipod itself? I don't keep all of my music on my computer due to space. My next mp3 player will not be an Apple product. Total garbage.
