How can i register my imessage on my iPod touch?

You enable iMessage in the Settings > Messages. It will ask you to sign in with your AppleID. It will also ask you to set up the phone numbers and email addresses you wish to be linked to your iMessage account. That is how you do it.

I've been in the computer business for almost 30 years. I've had about a dozen PCs and about the same with Macs. Macs are now just overpriced MicroSoft PCs. Macs have become very unreliable with little to no support from Apple.
