Sorry to let you know but after two weeks of normal functioning my problem of no service is back again. So that cannot be the solving methode!! Talked to Apple technical service but they could only tell me to update to 5.0.1 which I will not do as I already did it with the one I owned before and which did not solve the problem then.

My iPhone goes back to Apple. I'm waiting for a functioning one in the future maybe iPhone 5. In the mean time I will do with a iPod for the nontelefon functions. Saves me a lot of money and nerves.

I updated my 4S to 5.1 beta 2 and nothing new happens. The problem of loosing signal after 5 minutes and sim failure after 15 minutes persists.

You can Download it here.

Just do a clean install with no restore and try to se if the NO SERVICE problem is fixed.
