Setting Netflix audio/subtitles on AppleTV

Everyone in this thread is sharing their experiences only, there are no guarantees that any of it will work. However, I am pretty sure none of these suggestions have anything to do with your remote not working any more.

You should be more polite. Your attitude and language is a pretty good way of ensuring that no one will try to help you again.

Brilliant!! I know that the Apple's remote is simplistic, but never thought about trying the press and hold trick.

First thing I saw when looking for the subtitle problem and perfect answer. Plus I have the option 'subtitles off'. So no complaining here!!! 😁➕😍

I am in Argentina, watching Lilyhammer. Yesterday, I had English subtitles, to day I have none. I press and hold the center button and have a choise of spanish or portuges and I need english. I haven't updated since yesterday so why are the english subtitles gone?

You have to click and hold tough. A simple click works only as Play/Pause
