Setting Netflix audio/subtitles on AppleTV

So the AppleTV 4.4.3 update finally added Netflix for Mexico and it works fine, except for one little problem: When I tried to watch a movie, the language was set to "Portuguese", when I usually have it set to "English" when I watch it on the web. How can I change the language and subtitles so they reflect on AppleTV?

Nevermind, I found it. You can apply those changes by clicking the center button on the AppleTV remote.

Hi, I have the new Apple TV (4th gen) and I did not find that holding down the main button opened any options for turning off subtitles. Instead, I found that pausing the movie and gently touching the pad of the remote made an option appear at the top of the screen (swipe down to open menu). When you swipe down on the pad it opens up the language and subtitles options - just switch off.

Many thanks to whomever made the original suggestion to hold the main button. But once it brings up a Spanish/Portuguese option, I cannot figure out how to turn off the subtitles. Whatever I click just re-starts play. And this isn't happening with every program. Right now I am on The X Files and having to view Portuguese subtitles. I speak Spanish and would even be happy to change the subtitles to that language---Portuguese is just distracting. Any thoughts on what to do after I get the subtitle function to open with the main button??
