My iphone 3GS keeps restarting itself after I upgraded to iOS 5.01?

God, please help. It was fine when I was using iOS 5, but it started restarting itself every 2 minutes after a few weeks of iOS 5.01. I restored it as a new iphone and started from the scratch a few days ago, but this morning when I turned on my phone after switching it off for the night, it started doing the every-2-minute-must-restart thing. Help me before I smash the phone into pieces~

Mine was a dead baseband so I sold it on eBay.

hi.i did that, i mean i removed my SIM but it keep restarting again & again & again ... what should i do ? do u have any solution ?
