Well stated cypressdrive.

The only thing I have ever noticed with automatic photostreamin is when I panic and have to try and delete a photo that has gone "viral" on my own internal network of computers and iThings. Like a racy picture I don't want my son to see or something.

I am a developer also - so today I did install iOS 6 beta. It looks like it has some options for sharing photo's.

But still - what the heck would be wrong with keeping the gallery Apple? It was awesome, so why kill one of the main good things that Mobile Me was?

Think it through a bit.

I can't believe Apple users haven't kicked up a fuss about this - Migrated from mobileMe last weekend and I was forced to signup to DropBox, Flickr, WebSpace for hosting and it's a pain publish... it was so simple previously... integration rules and is one of the killer features for me to run iOS and Apple products - for me this is a big mistake... It interesting that it comes at a point of time when Microsoft and Google are heavily investing in this integration and user experience
