I buy auto desk app from I tunes by mistake , I want to return it and get my money back . Intact I thought it is complete autodesk software which I can use for 3D modeling but after buying I relized that it is just a tutorial. I want my money back

But that has nothing to do with your issue. You're just irritated that you bought the wrong app because you did not research it properly... you now want to blame your mistake on everyone else. As you can tell, that doesn't go over too well here.

I haven't read through these posts, but just send apple a message. They refunded an app for me once that I wasn't happy with.

Now, the app I had issues with was keynote remote (an apple app) so I might have been a special case. Good luck, and remeber that people on this forum are just trying to be honest and helpful, don't resent the replies.

For everyone's information, I sent some feedback to Apple a few weeks ago suggesting that accounts should not be debited for a number of days to give time for the purchaser to properly assess if the app is suitable. To be fair, not all reviews or, indeed, descriptions of apps, can convince you that a particular app is exactly what you are looking for. (I will refrain from giving examples.) Incidentally, some companies will consider a refund up to 30 days!

If you look at the electronic invoice from iTunes when it arrives it will have a legend "report a problem"

at least the European ones do .if you follow that link you will have an opportunity to discuss the purchase ,one option being "purchased inadvertantly "

I suggest a more conciliative tone in explaning your problem

The CORRECT and fastest way is like this:

1. Open iTunes, log in to iTunes Store

2. under Account information find "Purchase History". Click on "see all"

3. Click the button "Report a Problem"

4. Locate the app, that you inadvertedly purchased, and click on "report a problem"

5. From the popdown choose "I inadvertedly purchased this application."

6. Write a brief description of why your purchase was a mistake.

7. Wait for Apple to return your money,

Do not use this to test apps. Use it, where you see a clear link between your expectations from images and description and actual functionality. Apple as a company may be strick in some parts, but all posts are manned by humans.
