Thre Minutes of Black added to the end of my export from Final Cut Pro X

Title says it all. I'm editing a video that is 40 minutes long. When I export it, everything plays fine but it adds 3 minutes of black to the end of the clip. The only thing I've done differently is that I am using a beta of PluralEyes to sync all the footage so I imported an XML file to start.

Has anyone else experienced this?

This is an old question but it may help people in the future. I'm not used to the technical terms but will try to explain how or at least resolve this issue. The problem I believe is unused frames in the time line. These are completely black and hard to view. You can see them by the slider moving past your work when you hit play. The slider should stop once it's finished playing your movie in the time line. The distance it travels past your work is unused frames and blank space added to your film. You can click on this or grab it and simply shorten it back to where your work ends. This time when you hit play, it should stop at the end of your work. Anyhow, sorry for the non technical explanation and hope it helps.

This is based on using Final Cut Pro X
