The problem is limited to March 2013 when you view it in month-view. In week-view it is OK. Other months in 2013 is no problem
It's caused by a bug because of daylight saving time adjustment on 31st March in to 1st April.
As a fix, delete any all day events you have for 1st April 2013. You can add then to a time i.e. mid-day to replace them.
Once there are no all day events on 01/04/2013 March will open in all views.
Let me know how you get on.
This is correct - solves problem. Thanks.
Didn't work for me either
Thanks flan_dog ..... it worked for me.
I've removed all day events from 01/04/2013 and I can now see March 2013. I've also had to close down my birthday calendar as I have a friend's birthday on that day...I think it's pretty poor that Apple haven't sorted this after several people on this forum have figured out what the problem is!
I get same Issue.
is iCloud make this issue.
Try Disable iCloud calender on you iPad and then go to March 2013 on you calender and then it not crash. after that go back and enable iCloud calender again.
And then it work for me :-)

Just encountered same problem.
As suggested I removed all day event I had on April 1st and I got March back without crashes.
But then I thought I would be smart and enter a timed event starting 1 minute past midnight for 1hour. Did that in Month view.
Bad idee.
Now Calendar crashes ON OPENING. No more access to calendar.
Fixed by deleting entry via iCloud Calendar on web.
iCloud on or off makes no difference.
This is on new iPad and iOS6.
Crazy story: this issue has been detected nearly one year ago by the community who proposed a workaround (working for me also)... But Apple still did not solve it!
Because the steadyily increasing arrogance of Apple towards their user. The problem is created by frequent updates here some of them are in conflict. As a user of both OS and Windows I have learnt that OS slowly degenerates towards Windows while Windows is soon at least on the level of OS!
From other threads it seems like there is a resolution.
Delete any all day events on the 1st of April, this is causing an issue with time adjustments from Easter clock changes.
My calendar is working again after this fix.
Make sure UK Holidays Calander is not selected in your list of calanders as 1st April is Easter Monday
