My iphone 4s lost all sound
I seen that my iphone dont play music from ipod and no one app have a sound.
But call ringtone playing and sms too.
iPhone 4S, iOS 5.0.1, second 5.0.1
I have the same problem and have tried everything

i just fixed my iphone 4S. no volume bar with the plus and minus buttons. no music without earphones. no clicking when typing. i took a metal nail file and put it in the port that you attach the charger to. i moved i back and forth along the metal prongs inside. very lightly so as not to damage it. i had to do it a few times. and voila! i now have all sound. i tried cutting a business card up and sticking that in. i tried blowing on it with my mouth. i tried using one of those cleaners with the straw on the end that cleans keyboards. nothing worked. i did not see dust or anything come out when i used the nail file. but it fixed the problem. good luck!
my iphone has the same proplem as your iphone. so what is solution. Please let me know.
