caps lock key does not work well.... 75% of the time it doesn't click on.
It seems Apple developers did this purposely.

I seem to get more typos now too (missing letters that I know I typed in)

I had this issue since migrating to a Mac. I've been a touch-typist for many years and I thought that my wired Apple keyboard caps lock had an intermittent fault.
I found that if I go to Accessibility->Keyboard, then check 'enable slow keys', press 'options' and move the slider to set the 'acceptance delay' to 'short' this solves the issue.
It's ironic that I have to enable 'slow keys' to turn it off with the slider. I'm using Sierra.
I have the same problem. Thinking it is Macbook issue I even got a replacement one, but even the new one got the same problem.
