I'm running iOS 5.0.1 on both my iPad 2 and iPhone 4 and recently the 'No Limit' option under mail Days to Sync has disappeared the only options are 1 Day, 3 Days, 1 Week and 2 Weeks.
This is obviously limiting my ability to access emails older than two weeks. I can't find information regarding the loss of this feature - does anyone know what happened to it?

Fabulous AtomicVariable...this worked great. Except, I had to delete my exchange account and then reinstall to get this result. BTW, I am also with Godaddy!

This doesn't seem to work in iOS7. I am still stuck with the option of syncing 1 Day / 3 days.
Could this be a problem with the policy that my company has set up for the Exchange Server?
After reading suggestions I was able to resolve by setting up account in airplane mode and was able to check unlimited option.
The suggestion by PS_Here worked for me in IOS 7 so thank you! Delete the account and put airplane mode on. Setup the account again in airplane mode. Voila!!
