My iPhone is giving this popup that says: "Unable to Purchase: 'The Simpsons Arcade FREE' and 1 other item could not be purchased at this time. Please try again later." frequently when I try to update or install any app. (The app installs fine though.) Apple Care suggested I choose Reset All Settings to get rid of the problem. My question is, what exactly happens? Do settings and preferences in the apps get deleted too, or just system settings?

Your contacts & photos will still be there, but you should always make a backup regardless.

I don't think "Reset All Settings" will uninstall iOS 7. Sorry...

Nothing will uninstall iOS 7. Apple does not provide a downgrade path for iOS software for a variety of reasons.

If I "Reset all Settings" will this remove IOS 7 off of my phone. Also will I still have all of my messages, voicemails, emails, etc.

I had a same problem.. Just click setting, general, reset, reset keyboard dictionary... Then you will type normally without delayyyyyyy
Thanks Millykitty!!! I updated my sons ipad to 7.1 and it was responding slllllooooowwwllly to touch. I was afraid I would have to reset all, but these appears to have fixed it!!
Thank you for the simple and really useful advice, ckuan. Reseting by holding the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons fixed my problem with my Plantronics M55 and didn't lose any settings.
