iTunes could not backup iPhone because the iPhone disconnected

Copy the camera roll to your computer, or sync to Photo Stream. If you connect the phone to your computer with its USB cable your camera roll will appear as a digital camera; just copy the images using whatever program you use for your camera.

You cannot put the pictures back into the camera roll, but you can sync them to the photo app on your iPhone by connecting the phone to your computer and clicking on the Photo tab in the iPhone settings screen.

Are you connecting the phone directly to the MB, not through a hub? Have you tried a different cable? Do you have the latest version of iTunes (11), or at least 10.7?

iTunes 11 is supported on OS X 10.6.8, but the version you have should work.

What is the specific error message you see when you try to sync?

I don't know how much more help I can be. Is the phone showing that it is charging when it is connected? Have you tried disconnecting all other USB devices when syncing?

You already tried changing the name of the backup folder as I recall. Can you try a different computer? To do this first go to iTunes Preferences, Devices tab, and check the box to prevent syncing automatically. Then connect the phone, right click on it in the left column and choose "Back up" (iTunes 10), or click the iPhone button, then Backup (iTunes 11). This will only create a backup, not a sync.

Also, have you tried backing up to iCloud? (You might have answered this, but I don't recall).

Yes, it show as charging. I only connect iPhone to MacBook during syncing, no other device.

Ya, I changed back up folder name.

I had my back up, then I update my iPhone iOS to 6.1. Then now I could not restore my back up to my iPhone.

Sorry I didnt make myself clear. My problem now is can't restore my back up after upgrade to iOS 6.1. Error pop out at the end after almost done restore "iPhone is disconnected". But i didn't unplug it.
