10.7.3 no wifi connection after wakeup

Since 10.7.3 update, I have to manually reconnect to my WiFi network at every Wakeup from sleep.

It WILL try to connect by itself, but it will quit trying after 6-8 seconds.

The WiFi icon in the menu bar will then remain gray until I click on it and manually choose my WiFi network.

It DOES reconnect automatically upon Restart, though.

My WiFi network comes from a third generation Time Capsule, with the most recent updates applied.

Had no such problem yesterday in 10.7.2.

Add me to this list. Had problems in 10.7.0, 10.7.1, fixed in 10.7.2 and now broke in 10.7.3. Connecting to a TC 3rd Gen running firmware 7.6.1. Tried all the standard stuff, delete network/add network, reset TC. Seems to be dependent on how long the machine is asleep. If I force a sleep and wake it within a few minutes no problem. Let if set for a hours, no join after wake.

Works fine though on MPB Model 6,2, Old MB model 4,1.

Funny thing is the update states it "Resolve a Wi-Fi connection issue when waking from sleep".

They fixed it alright.. They broke it.

This morning I "upgraded" my OS from Lion 10.7.3 to SL on the iMac i3 - WiFi connects when waking from sleep as it used to with Lion 10.7.2.

My MBP continues to connect to WiFi under Lion 10.7.3 - fingers remain crossed.

Our i5 iMac fails to connect when waking from sleep.

The MP will remain on 10.7.2 for awhile.

I believe there is a time component as well - that might guide Apple to the problem.

No problems until upgrading from 10.7.2 to 10.7.3 yesterday. Now wi fi doesn't connect after wake up. Have to execute wi fi off then wi fi on to fix. Applecare is pretending that I'm the only one with this bug. Let's all of us BUG them until they acknowledge/fix this. Their response is so far very un-applelike!

I have same issue with wifi connection - when waking from sleep mode with the new and improved Lion 10.7.3 software. This is on my Mid year 2011 iMac 27 (iMac12,2 3.1 GHz, 12 GB Ram). Wifi Network is Time Capsule with 7.6.1 version software. Never had this problem until updating Lion to 10.7.3. I also tried the "Combo" update solution, no improvement, waste of time.

We have no problems with our iMac 24 running Snow Leopard or any of our iPhones or iPads, all are connecting normally with the Time Capsule after sleep modes.

As others have posted, wifi available after startup from power down mode, but not from Sleep mode. I can make the iMac with 10.7.3 connect to the TC by turning wifi off then back on.

Very annoying, this reduces the overall "experience", as it delays being able to quickly check email or other network/Internet functions.
