iTunes match download errors

I keep getting the "error = -2114" and "Please check that the connection to the network is active and try again." It then moves to the next download and most times is succsesful. I am getting this error in the last few hours and to about 10-20% of my downloads. Some were matched and some were uploaded. Any advice?

My email and internet connections are fine at this time...

I got a reponse that advised me to try a few things I and many others have already tried. I pointed them to this thread so they can see it's not just a fluke and we've tried all the typical easy-fixes. I do recommend we all keep emailing support so they can quickly tell that this is an important issue that needs to be fixed immediately.

Yesterday happened to be the day I lost a bunch of music on my hard drive. I was thankful I had iTunes Match to redownload it... unfortunately, if I had the same issue last week, I apparantly would be able to redownload, no problem. Kind of sucky timing I guess.

Oh well, I've begun redownloading important albums on iOS so if something goes horribly wrong on Apple's end, at least I can recover those albums by jailbreaking my device.

Here's the response I received:

Dear Jon,

This is Thomas with iTunes Store support.

I understand you are receiving error -2114 when you attempt to download uploaded songs to iTunes Match. I realize this must be frustrating, and I'll be very happy to help.

I would recommend re-creating your iTunes Store library as described in this article:

iTunes: How to re-create your iTunes library and playlists

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1451

Afterwards, once you turn iTunes Match on, it should work. Also, please make sure to disable any network security software if you continue to receive any errors, and that should fix the problem.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Have a great weekend.

Yes. Everyone please report this to apple through a quick e-mail to support

Can someone kindly tell me how I can do this? I've searched but can't find a support email address. I know it's probably something obvious that I'm missing. Thanks!

http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ there's what I used.

There's no iTunes Match category as tharris0101 mentioned already, so I just did iTunes Store, and downloading problems.

I just got off the phone with the support.

I used ITunes->Icloud->Other support, enter any your serial number and then choose special case when you offered to pay for the support.

It seems they are unaware of any problems. WHich is wired considering number of people having the problem.

I've been prommised email support in 24hours.

So wating... Will keep posting.
