unknown charges

I noticed charges on my account that i didnt make. can i get help with this?

This does work....contact iTunes at expresslane.apple.com, then click on the iTunes on the lower left area of the page, then click on iTunes Store, then on Purchases/Billing/Redemptions and answer the questions regarding your issue. I selected for a representative email me back which they did within minutes. It took a few days but they fully refunded all the charges on my account. Good luck.
