Is anyone having trouble streaming music videos from iCloud?

I have been using iMatch for several weeks listening to music & watching music video's on moth my Apple TV & iPhone 4s. I now can not watch music video's on the iPhone I get the response "Unable to load film" on the Apple TV it just keeps trying.

I contacted Apple & have been told that this servoce was never available to watch music video's via the cloud. Well it used to work & if you go to this link http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5085 it clearly states that music video's can be streamed for users in Australia which is where I live.

Any clues?

Ok...

I'm entirely back up now that I reset my Apple TV's. Nice of Apple to restore service, but too bad we didn't get an aknowledgement.

Hi Folks,

I'm back up as well...after having to reset my AppleTV's.

Now if we could justbget back to 1080P...which is the resolution

that first gen AppleTV's had....

Hi Samletuk & everyone else who has commentsd.

As everything now seems to be back to normal, this has been a win for us. It is a pity that Apple have not responded accordingly with any form of explanation.

I would suggest that we all keep a copy of the link to this issue & archive the responses as I will be, just in case we have this or similar issue again & apple tries to pull a stunt like this again.

Not sure if anyone will still keep track of this thread, but since signing up for Match here in Australia a few months ago, I can no longer play music videos on my iPhone and songs take a long time to start - often stopping in mid-play.

When I try to play a music video I get this message:

'This item is over 50mb. You must connect to a Wi-Fi network or use iTunes on your computer to download it.'

Is this related, or do i not understand what Match and iCloud are doing. I thought they allowed you to access all your songs and videos on any apple device.

Everything working fine with me. I haven't had any problems with this for ages. But I Know Australia was one of the terrorities that was affected previously.

I resolved mine by using the Express Lane service - itunes option

Give it a try. Hope you manage to sort it out.
