BEWARE - 7toX DOES NOT yet WORK with PAL (50HZ)

It is neither "shambolic" nor "amateurish" but rather simply unfortunate that one CCIR format was not correctly identified.

Sorry Phillip - I think it's shambolic and amateurish that a week on down the line, you still have not stated on your website, and Apple have not stated on the App Store that this thing (by your own admission) DOES NOT WORK WITH PAL.

Absolutely no mention of it in the 'Known Issues' section, so presumably you're not 'extremely sorry and somewhat embarrased' quite enough to actually warn people that they shouldn't buy it until the patch appears on the App Store.

If you were in the UK, you could be prosecuted under Consumer Law.

unfortunately as another PAL user I havent had the same experience, the xml simply isnt recognised by FCP X.`Intelligent media have just tested the file and say it works fine but they said that last time and in the same tone!! I am going to send a note to apple asking them to clarify that 7toX doesnt consistently in PAL

unless anyone has been able to achiev a workflow in rthat format outside of the developer.

This post is factually UNTRUE. 7toX works consistently with PAL. In fact this user sent us the XML they were having trouble with and it converts as expected. There is no support issue with PAL.

There is no problem with PAL, since the 1.0.2 release in mid February 2012. Lots of PAL users have had great success including those who had problems with the 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 release. Even Andy is happy, if you read on.
