Is there a way to show only flagged email on iOS Mail?

I use Exchange 2007 at work with Outlook 2010. I also use my iPad to connect to my company Outlook Web Access. On the iPad I am able to mark a message as flagged. I use the flag on a message to indicate that there's some action that I need to take on the email. After I skim my inbox and flag all the emails with actionable items in them I go to my smart folder in Outlook which shows only my flagged messages so I can focus on those with actionable items. I noticed on IOS Mail there does not seem to be such smart folders and there seems to be no way to view only messages which are flagged.

Can someone please explain how to do this on the iPad. It is very important to me. In fact, it's so important, that I would switch to Windows Phone platform just to have this one feature.

What I do not understand is that I have IO6 installed on my ipad2 but the flagged items folder is not showing anywhere. Why is that? I have checked the systen settings and cannot see any mention of adding a "flagged items" folder. Any idea how i get this to show?

FYI, Task Task and Task Task HD apps are an improvement to the native Reminders app and show both the tasks and the flagged email items for an Exchange 2007+ server. They are different apps about $5 each for iPhone and iPad respectively. For some goofy reason, Task Task does not work for flagged items on the iPad (but does on the iPhone) so if you are using an iPad be sure to get the HD version. Works for me and I'm on Office 365.

Yes, Task Task shows flagged items regardless of what folder they are in. I keep a fairly clean Inbox and nearly all of my mail items are in folders, flagged or not. By the way, an awesome Outlook program to automatically (and intelligently) keep a clean Inbox is ClearContext. Check it out sometime if you're on a PC platform and running Outlook. Not cheap, but worth every penny.

If you use the search feature within iOS mail and use the word "flagged" in the search box it will show all the flagged messages.

This is available only for the iPad not for the iPhone. At least I was not able to have it.
