I have a few iPhone users whose inbox keeps reloading. They can see their mail, then it disappears and starts loading the mail again. Anyone familiar with this?
We are running exchange 2010, but most users mailboxes are still on 2003.

Not helpful at all!
IM having this problem on my iPad Pro, it keeps deleting all my exchange emails and costing loads of data to re download.
Any ideas , very frustrating as I can't get my daily emails.
Did anyone find a solution to this problem?
