why does opening Photoshop open automator or script editor?
Classic seems to be working, but I can not open Photoshop.
PowerMac, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

Might try checking that & restarting Classic in the bad account.
I did it and it didn't help. It did give me dialogue as follows:
"Classic has created folders in your home folder.
These folders were created in your home folder: Apple Menu Items, Internet Search Sites, Favorites, Launcher Items.
Would you like to copy the contents of these folders in the Mac OS System folder you selected to the folders in your home folder?"
Obviously a bit confusing, and kind of pointless. There was nothing in the Launcher Items folder BTW.
I'm kind of beyond my depth.
Also, you asked if Appleworks opened from OS X -- yes.
Can you format the Flash drive for OS9 & install OS9 on the flash drive so we can pick things off it to copy to the OS9 System Folder?
Oh wait, it all worked fine in that other OSX account... I forget, sorry.
