Help! I just made a password and now I'm locked out for 10 minutes! Please help!

Itunes is saying stuff about recovery mode.. and how it will be set back completely.. what do I do about that?

About what Buggy687 said...you don't need a Mac. It should work on both Mac and PC. Just connect your iPod to iTunes and follow stevejobsfan0123's instructions.

P.S. Earlier, you asked about what iOS is. That's the operating system of your iPod.
I haven't synced anything so if I recover it will all my data, pictures, apps, and videos go away??
oh.. so what happens if I press the recover button? It says it will delete stuff...

That is what you want. It will remove the passcode.
I don't understand sync and don't have a mac. Also, it won't connect becuase "my Ipod is locked with a passcode"
I know it won't connect. You have to place it in recovery mode to bypass the passcode. See my first post.
Also that is incorrect, you do NOT need a Mac, you can restore using Windows too.
Ok so my apps and stuff is fine right? I don't have to worry about that if I click the recover button? I've never synced it before so my info isn't on the computer.
OH! Wait! If I press restore, regardless of sync or not, my stuff will automatically come back?
You will want to make a backup first.
No I do not think so at least it didn't for me. You can set it up to sync to back up all you data on computer in iTunes. Then drag all media over when done.

Just DO IT? ...If your SUUUREEE... I just got a whole lot of pictures and stuff on there yesterday for my bday..
Go to you iPod and go to manually manage music and vid. Click it. Click other options of our choice then go to apps tab in iPod and check the sync apps. You can then check the ones to sync. Then go to file and press both sync and transfer purchases after hitting apply of course on iPod. If you want to save your pics I am not sure how to sync them on Mac or pc. Never had to do that.
