Help! I just made a password and now I'm locked out for 10 minutes! Please help!

Oh, I got an app that gave me one. I got it all memorized and stuff tooooo...... Ok so I got to the purchased and can I save or sync anything from there? BTW this is gonna be my last question so good night.

Syncing can only be one through iTunes.
If you update your iPod to the latest software, iOS 5, you can sync over Wi-Fi and back up to the cloud.

Ok where is the update option, it says that when I restore my Ipod it will automatically update. I'm just gonna take a risk and restore I guess.. IDK I'm so tired I just don't care much anymore...

Ok. What I don't get now is how to get everything onto my ipod again.
In iTunes you should see music apps movies etc. up at the top. Just drag the music, movies, etc. to iPod. Apps don't drag and drop so you can just click on the iPod and under summery tab make sure manually manage music and vid is checked. Then go to the apps tab and sync apps is checked. Then you can choose what apps to be synced. The other way is to go to the app store and go to purchases to download apps back. As far as music goes you can drag it over from your computer. If it is not on your computer you should beable to download those from the purchases too in iTunes. Pictures again I am not sure how to work with those because I don't work with them.
