Hello,
for my work I receive 30 Mails with RTF Files Attachment.
I cannot ask to change the extention because they are comming from the Court.
If I transfer them to other APPS like Goodreader, Fileapp, etc it does not work either.
Please let me know how I am able to open them.

Hi,
I could open a complex document created on Nisus Writer Pro (Mac), by exporting (not saving) it in DOC. Pages could open it efforlessly, preserving all footnotes and text attributes. Paragraph styles were not accessible, and I don't know if they have been removed by Pages.

Best way to solve the problem is to RENAME the RTF to DOC. Y use goodreader to do it. BEST
I know this is a reply to a post from a long time ago, but I thought what the heck!
MasterZara recommended Notability. The only response to that post was it could not be found in the App Store. That is curious as Notability is a big time note taking App.
Anyway...to my point. Notability is currently (5/1/14) on FREE 🙂promotion. You can get it in the App Store by clicking on this link:

It's a nice note taking app for the iPad...beyond its ability to open and edit .rtf documents.
