Rain Design iLap 15W - will it fit the MBP?

Anybody out there have a Rain Design iLap 15w? Does it fit your MBP comfortably? Rain Design claims that the 15w model fits the MBP.
I purchased one in anticipation of my MBP arriving, and now I'm concerned that the MBP will be slightly too big. Perhaps the rubber feet of the MBP will be sitting right at/on/beyond the edge and a little slip would cause aluminum-on-aluminum gouging. Ouch!

I should say that I only had a quick opportunity to size my MBP up against my iLap 15W before I had to leave for work. My impression was that it was a perfect fit. I shall post again if I see any problems.

The feet of my MBP all fit on top of the 15W. The front two are close to the edge, but not uncomfortably so. The outer edges of the MBP do protrude beyond the edges of the iLap 15W, but I found that I like it this way - its comfortable when grabbing the two together.

The iLap 15PC, as far as I can tell is 'deeper' - so I think that when the MBP is snug all the way to the front, the rear of the iLap 15PC will protrude slightly - leaving a little shelf at the rear. I don't have one but my guess is that it would leave about one inch of the iLap 15PC's surface exposed.

So, both of them will "fit" in the sense that the MBP's rubber feet will not overhang the edges of either, but the 15W does seem to be the better fit.

Hope this helps!

Oh, I'm so confused now! So Chris - you got the 15W
and it fits perfectly... But someone else got the
15PC and it also fits perfectly?

I'm thinking about getting an iLap too, so I've been
keeping track of this post, but now I'm not entirely
sure what to do. So your MBP "feet" fit on the
surface okay? They're not so close to the edge that
they're slipping off?

I have the MacBook Pro with the iLap for the 15W (the one for the widescreen Powerbook). The MBP goes slightly over the edges of the iLap, but the rubber feet do not hang over the edges at all. It fits quite well!

I got the 15PC, and I actually wish I would have got the 15W instead. Just a matter of personal preference at this point, since they both fit, but I now think I would rather have the MacBook Pro fit closer to the edges of the iLap than it does on the 15PC. As others have said, it's not a lot (an inch or so in depth, maybe 1/8" on each side, just my guestimate), but I might "upgrade" in the future.
