Why can't I change my itunes from US to UK? everytime I enter a valid UK card I get the above error message. It *****.
Is this Apple's business to check does my credit card belong to this country or not? I may have credit cards in dfferent countries and I can use them wherever I want. I can buy salt from the market with this credit card in a completely different country but I cannot buy applications from App Store. This is ridiculous.
If it is a bug, just fix it. If it is a kind of a "security" policy, I have to say that: "it is ********!"
Thank you Tiggerss that worked BUT first I had to turn off family sharing before it would allow me to select None as a payment method. I cant believe how this small issue pretty much killed an entire day for me. Apple come on!! This is ridiculous.
I have been able to change Country choosing NONE as payment , but now problem is: how can I buy something? Credit Card is UNIVERSAL.....am I missing something? This is elementary and very very frustrating

TRY BY THE COMPUTER, ENTERING ON THE APPLE ID BY THE BROWSER. I GOT IT BY DOING THIS.
